Water temperature and heating
The brochure lists an adjustable 30°C to 55°C range; an overseas seller lists 30°C to 45°C. This needs manufacturer clarification for the UK model. This is an equipment specification, not a recommended skin-contact temperature. Follow the instructions and individual care guidance, and check water before use. Heating equipment is listed as optional.

Source: the manufacturer’s SB02 product sheet supplied in September 2026. Figures are supplier-stated, pending confirmation of the exact UK configuration, current manual and test conditions. The listed temperature range is not a safe skin-contact recommendation. Whether heating runs on the battery, and how it affects runtime, remains to be confirmed.
Moving between rooms or between sites?
Mini (SB04)
A compact 15.5 kg handcart with a pull handle. Its smaller dimensions and lower stated weight make it the more practical candidate for travel between locations. That is a handling inference, not confirmation of vehicle-transport suitability. Approved lifting, tank-emptying, stair and vehicle-securing procedures are still required.
Mobile (SB02)
The manufacturer explicitly describes room-to-room mobility. At a stated 38 kg, this is primarily an onsite cart for moving around a care home, hospital or other care setting. It is wheeled rather than fixed in place. Routine transport between buildings by vehicle, loading methods and use on stairs have not been confirmed.
Neither model should be advertised as suitable for routine offsite transport until the manufacturer supplies its handling and transport instructions.
